Chia seeds might look tiny, but they pack a punch when it comes to nutrition. If you’re bored of your usual breakfast, these easy ideas can help mix things up without much prep.
Mix chia seeds with oats, milk (or any plant-based milk), and a sweetener. Leave overnight in the fridge. Add fruits and nuts in the morning for a no-cook breakfast.
Layer chia-soaked milk, thick curd, fruits, and a handful of granola. It looks fancy, but takes barely five minutes to put together.
Blend banana, berries, or mango with curd or milk. Pour into a bowl and top with soaked chia, seeds, and sliced fruits.
Add a spoon of soaked chia seeds to chilled chaas with salt, roasted jeera, and mint. Hydrating, refreshing, and different.
Mix a spoon of soaked chia into your regular roti or paratha dough. It doesn’t change the taste much but adds fibre and texture.
