Who said desserts always need to be elaborate? If you’re looking for a no-bake dessert, try this chocolate mousse. Using only four ingredients, here’s how you can make the melt-in-mouth dessert.
1 cup chopped dark chocolate 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream ½ cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a double boiler or in a microwave.
Whip the heavy cream using a hand blender till stiff peaks form. Mix in powdered sugar.
Fold in melted chocolate, but don’t overmix.
Transfer the mousse into serving bowls, refrigerate till set, and enjoy.
