Millet milk is an alternative to ordinary milk that you might try if you are lactose intolerant or if you simply do not enjoy traditional milk.
1/2 cup dry cup millet (soak for 8 hours) 4 cups of water 4 dates pitted 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt
Wash the millet well, and then let it soak in water for eight hours. After letting the millets soak, drain them and put them in a pot with 2 cups of water. Give it 8 to 10 minutes and it will be done.
After cooking the millets, drain them and let them cool down a bit before you blend them. Put the cooked millet, dates, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into a high-speed mixer. Add 2 cups of water as well. Blend the millets for two minutes, or until they are all very small.
Blend it again after adding two more cups of water. Now, strain this blend. There should be no residue left over if it was mixed well. Put it in a bottle and put it in the fridge for three to four days. You can put it in smoothies, overnight oats, and other things.
