Butter is fantastic but homemade chocolate butter is a delightful and creamy way to improve croissants, biscuits, toasts and other dishes.
½ cup salted butter ½ cup chocolate chips 2 tbsps cocoa powder
In a mixer grinder, add the salted butter. Pulse it into a creamy form.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Make sure they’re not completely melted, just softened.
In a mixing bowl, add the butter and cocoa powder. Mix until cocoa powder has been incorporated well.
Add chocolate chips and keep mixing until smooth and buttery. Transfer into mason jars.
Spread on bread, croissants, buns and more!
