Punjabi snacks are not all chicken tikka and paneer tikka. If you are looking for some quick snacks to whip, here are the Punjabi treats you can quickly make within 15 minutes.
Heat a papad, top it with chopped vegetables, shredded paneer, and spices and serve the masala papad.
Be it bread pakora or vegetable pakoras, you can make a besan batter and deep fry to get a crispy snack.
Just mix dahi with spices, add papdi and garnish with sev and pomegranate.
For aloo tikki, make a mixture of mashed potatoes, onions, and spices and shallow fry the patties.
Chilla is not only quick to make but is also healthy, especially when mixed with chopped vegetables.
