Who says a smoothie cannot be fibre-rich? It can be a quick solution to regulate your bowels and improve your gut health one sip at a time. Here is a quick recipe that you must try.
1 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup berries ½ banana ¾ cup Greek yoghurt 1 tsp honey 1 cup almond milk ¼ cup oats
Add all the ingredients, except chia seeds, to a food processor.
Blend the ingredients for 20-30 seconds.
Make sure the blend is smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and top it with chia seeds.
Enjoy the smoothie with breakfast or post-workout to satisfy your hunger.
