Egg bhurji, the desi version of scrambled eggs, is a super quick, delicious, and healthy recipe that can be enjoyed at all times. Ready in just 10 minutes, you can serve it with roti, pav, bread, or paratha.
2-3 eggs 1 onion 1 green chilli 1/2 inch ginger 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste Coriander leaves for garnish
Whisk the eggs. Chop onion, green chilli and ginger.
Heat some oil and saute onions. Add green chillies and ginger.
Mix turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Stir till aromatic.
Pour the whisked eggs and stir. Cook till they are scrambled and cooked thoroughly.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti.
