Egg or anda bhurji is a high-protein meal fix that is perfect for the times when you’re in a rush or have little time to cook. You can have it with roti, bread, or even pav and get a balanced meal in no time.
2-3 eggs 1 onion 1 green chilli 1/2 inch ginger 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste Coriander leaves for garnish
Whisk the eggs. Chop onion, green chilli and ginger.
Heat some oil and saute onions. Add green chillies and ginger.
Mix turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Stir till aromatic.
Pour the whisked eggs and stir. Cook till they are scrambled and cooked thoroughly.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti.
