Whipping up breakfast early in the morning can be daunting. But with this 10-minute recipe you can make a healthy chia smoothie bowl filled with fibre and nutrients. Follow these steps and never miss a breakfast.
1/2 cup banana slices 1/2 cup mixed berries 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/4 cup yoghurt 1 teaspoon honey Fresh fruits for garnishing
Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for about ten minutes till they are jelly-like.
Take a blender and blend banana slices, berries, yoghurt, and soaked chia seeds.
Once smooth, pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add chopped fruits like mangoes, cherries, bananas, etc., on top of the chia smoothie.
Drizzle some honey, and your healthy breakfast bowl will be ready.
