Cook the udon noodles according to the packet instructions
Cut the pork and vegetables into bite size
Heat oil in a frying pan
Add pork and cook until brown
Add carrot, green pepper and onions, fry for a minute
Add cabbage and cook more
Add udon and cook for a minute
Season with soy sauce and white pepper
Top with katsuobushi and benishoga and serve
