Ingredients for Vegetable Jalfrezi Recipe
- 1/4 cup Chopped mixed vegetables
- 0.13 cup Sweet corn
- 0.13 cup Paneer cubes
- 0.13 cup Onion slices
- 0.13 pieces Tomato pieces
- 1/4 cup Tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp Tomato ketchup
- 1/2 g reen chillies
- 1/4 g Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp jeera
- 0.13 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 0.13 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp kasuri methi
- as required Salt
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1/4 pieces capsicum pieces

How to Make Vegetable Jalfrezi Recipe
Boil chopped vegetables ( beans, carrot etc., ) till done.
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
Saute jeera and green chillies ( cut into pieces )
Add onion slices and ginger garlic paste.
Saute for few minutes.
Mix in capsicum pieces ( I have used green, red and yellow capsicum).
Add tomato puree and tomato ketchup
Cook for some time.
Mix turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
Add boilled vegetables, mix well.
Finally add garam masala and kasuri methi.
