Ingredients for Veg spring roll Recipe

  • 1/4 g For the pancakes
  • 0.13 cup Flour
  • 1/4 g eg
  • 0.06 tsp Salt
  • 0.06 cup water
  • 0.06 cup Milk
  • 3/4 tbsp oil mix the water
  • 1/4 g oil and milk together
  • 1/4 g For the filling
  • 1/4 cup Thinly shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cups spring onions-including leaves
  • 1/4 g Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup thinly shredded carrot
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 g cloves garlic-very finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp celery-chopped fine
  • 1/4 tbsp Flour
  • 1/4 g made into thin paste by adding water
  • 1/4 g Oil for deep frying

Directions: Veg Spring Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.
  • STEP 2.Make the pancakes with the pancake ingredients.
  • STEP 3.2.
  • STEP 4.Heat the 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry the garlic and onions over high heat till the onions are a little soft.
  • STEP 5.3.
  • STEP 6.Add the rest of the filling ingredients and turn around a few times, still over a high heat.
  • STEP 7.4.
  • STEP 8.Take a pancake and place a heaped tbsp of filling towards one edge.
  • STEP 9.5.
  • STEP 10.Fold that edge over the filling, then the two sides thus formed over the fold, and roll over till the end, sealing that edge with the flour paste.
  • STEP 11.6.
  • STEP 12.It is very important to seal the filling in, so that it does not spill out while frying. Double fry the pancakes.
