Directions: Vada Pav Recipe
STEP 1.Boil potatoes, remove their peels and smash them. Making ginger, coriander, green chili, garlic paste. Now make a batter by adding gram flour, rice / jowar flour, turmeric, asafoetida, salt, water according to the requirement in a vessel.
STEP 2.Now add green chili paste, salt to the mashed potatoes, mix them well and make small balls of them, dip them in the gram flour batter and fry them in the heated oil till they become golden.
STEP 3.Cut the pav in the middle, apply dry chutney ,green chutney and fill it with hot potato vada and serve it.
STEP 4. Tip:- Jawar or rice flour makes the vada crispy and light. There is no need to add baking soda.
