  • 0.06 cup jowar/rice flour
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.06 tsp Asafoetida
  • 0.06 tsp baking soda (optional)

How to Make Vada Pav Recipe

STEP 01

Boil potatoes, remove their peels and smash them. Making ginger, coriander, green chili, garlic paste. Now make a batter by adding gram flour, rice / jowar flour, turmeric, asafoetida, salt, water according to the requirement in a vessel.

STEP 02

Now add green chili paste, salt to the mashed potatoes, mix them well and make small balls of them, dip them in the gram flour batter and fry them in the heated oil till they become golden.

STEP 03

Cut the pav in the middle, apply dry chutney ,green chutney and fill it with hot potato vada and serve it.

STEP 04

Tip:- Jawar or rice flour makes the vada crispy and light. There is no need to add baking soda.
