  • 250 gram turai
  • 0.13 cup Tomato
  • As Required For Ganishing Fresh coriander for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • A Pinch Hing pinch of
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala

Directions: Turai Ki Rassedar Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash n cut turai ( ridege gourd) in small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In deep kadhai add oil.
  • STEP 3.Add mustard seeds and hing.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes.
  • STEP 5.Add salt red chilli powder cumin coriander powder turmeric powder in it.
  • STEP 6.Cook in slow flame til Tomato are done.
  • STEP 7.Now add chopped turai and 1/4 cup water in it.
  • STEP 8.Cover with lid.
  • STEP 9.Cook on slow flame till turai cooked finally.
  • STEP 10.Lastly add garama masala mix well.
  • STEP 11.Garnish with fresh coriander.
  • STEP 12.Serve with garma garam chapati or bajra roti.
