Ingredients for Tomato Soup Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1 g arlic cloves
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 Inch Cinnamon stick
  • 2.50 Pieces Peppercorn
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 cups water
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Directions: Tomato Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.👉Put all the ingredients in pressure cooker. Put 2 bowl of water. Cook upto 2 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically from the cooker. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.👉Now grind the mixture in a grinder to a fine paste. You will feel a nice Aroma of ginger and cinnamon.
  • STEP 3.👉Heat a little butter in a separate pan and add cooked paste in it and a bowl of water and cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.👉Make a paste of corn flour in a bowl and mix in soup mixture while stirring the mixture. Stir for two minutes or till required consistency.
  • STEP 5.👉Serve hot.
