How to Make Tomato Shorba Recipe
STEP 01
In pressure cooker add tomato, onion, garlic and whole spices with water cook for 3 whistles.Release the pressure, remove whole spices and blend it well.Do the seasoning and boil for 15 minutesDo the tempering and garnish with fresh coriander.Serve it hot with any salty biscuits or crackers or mathari.

Notes/Tips:Add sugar if tomatoes are sour in taste.
