STEP 1.Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Blend the tomatoes into smooth puree. Sieve the puree very well.
STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients and make a dough. If required then add water. Take the fine hole mould and greese the press machine or chukli maker.make small rolls from the dough.
STEP 3.Stiff the roll of dough into press machine. Press and spread the sev in hot oil forming a circle in the oil. Fry till it turns golden and crispy.
STEP 4.Due to presence of tomatoes sev is golden red in colour. Finally break the tomato sev and enjoy tea time snack.
