Ingredients for Tomato sev namkeen Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Tamato
  • 1/4 gram Gram flour
  • 0.03 cup Rice flour
  • 0.13 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oil for moyan

Directions: Tomato Sev Namkeen Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Blend the tomatoes into smooth puree. Sieve the puree very well.
  • STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients and make a dough. If required then add water. Take the fine hole mould and greese the press machine or chukli maker.make small rolls from the dough.
  • STEP 3.Stiff the roll of dough into press machine. Press and spread the sev in hot oil forming a circle in the oil. Fry till it turns golden and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Due to presence of tomatoes sev is golden red in colour. Finally break the tomato sev and enjoy tea time snack.
