Ingredients for Tomato paneer sabji Recipe

  • 0.33 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.33 tsp Zeera
  • 0.17 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 0.17 Pieces Capsicum
  • 0.17 cups Tomato puree
  • 0.33 cup paneer cut into medium sized cubes
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp 1-2 tsp
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.08 cup Milk
  • A Few Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.33 Pieces tometo slice and chiz to garnish

Directions: Tomato Paneer Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add olive oil, zeera, star anise, ginger-garlic paste.
  • STEP 2.Add the diced capsicum. Saute for 1 minute. (You can saute it for longer in case you do not like your capsicum too crunchy.)
  • STEP 3.Add tomato puree. Add salt, garam masala and sugar. Cook till it leaves oil on the sides.
  • STEP 4.Add milk. Mix well. Add the paneer cubes. Let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Do not over cook the milk as it can curdle.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves, tometo slice, chiz and serve
