Ingredients for Til ky ladoo Recipe

  • 1/20 cup of roasted Mungfali (Peanuts)
  • 1/20 cup Unsweetened khoya
  • 1/20 cup Sugar
  • 1/20 teaspoon Elaichi powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Ghee
  • 0.15 teaspoon Til/sesame seeds
  • 1/10 teaspoon Khus khus

Directions: Til Ky Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.First roast the moongfali on a low flame, remove the cover, keep a teaspoon for garnish separately and make a coarse powder
  • STEP 2.Roast til/Sesame Seeds for few seconds and take it out in a plate
  • STEP 3.In a pan add khoya and after a minute add sugar and let the mixture cook for few mins on a low flame
  • STEP 4.Now add crushed Elaichi, moongfali powder, 1 teaspoon of til and mix well till it leave the sides... finally add half teaspoon of ghee and close the gas and cool the mixture
  • STEP 5.Put khus khus and remaining teaspoon of til in a plate...give road shape to ladoo and roll it in khus khus and til, add one moongfali on top and serve it
