How to Make Til Chikki Recipe
STEP 01
Ingredients for Til Chikki are ready.
STEP 02
Fry sesame seeds in a pan on low heat.fry on medium heat till the jaggery melts.
STEP 03
Mix ghee in sugar syrup.boil the jaggery syrup on low flame till it becomes shiny and thick. Mix cardamom powder.
STEP 04
Add sesame seeds. Transfer the mixture on a greased surface. Roll out the chikkis using a rolling pin.
STEP 05
Using a knife, make cut marks on the chikki and give it the desired shape. Garnish the sesame chikki with almonds and serve. Store the chikki in an airtight container.
