STEP 1.Make a soft dough by adding salt, 2 spoons of oil, some water to the flour. Keep the dough covered for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 2.Put tomatoes, green coriander leaves, green chilies, black salt, white salt, cumin in a mixer jar, grind to make a chutney, tomato chutney is ready.
STEP 3.Boil the peas till they become soft, drain the waterWhen the peas cool down, mash them with a masher.
STEP 4.Put oil in a pan and heat it.
STEP 5.When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, fennel, coriander powder, red chili powder, green chili, asafoetida, turmeric and fry it.
STEP 6.Add garam masala, salt to the prepared pea paste and mix. Let the tawa heat up. Make pea balls. Make dough ballsFlatten the dough with your hand, keep a pea pellet in the center and pack it. Prepare the paratha by rolling it.
STEP 7.Put the rolled parantha on the hot tawa. Apply oil on both the sides, flip and roast the parantha till it turns brown.
STEP 8.Hot crispy peas parathas are ready.
STEP 9.Similarly make parathas from the rest of the balls. Serve hot and crispy Matar Paratha with tomato chutney on a plate.
