STEP 2.In a bowl add mashed potatoes, onion, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and black pepper. Mix well.
STEP 3.Now take fried and puffed golgappa. Make a hole in the centre using potato peller.
STEP 4.Stuff golgappa with potato mixture.
STEP 5.Arrange them in a bowl.
STEP 6.Pour curd on top of the golgappa.
STEP 7.Now sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, black pepper over the golgappa.
STEP 8.Garnish with onions.
STEP 9.Take two bowls add pudina chutney in one and imli chutney in another. Mix both the chutneys with little water and pour over the golgappa.
STEP 10.Now again garnish with namkeen mixture and masala pakordi and coriander leaves.
STEP 11.Serve.
