Ingredients for Stuffed Golgappa Recipe
- 1/2 Packet Golgappa
- 1 Pieces Potato boiled & mashed
- 1/2 Pieces Onion small chopped
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Red chilli powder
- To Taste Black pepper
- To Taste Chat masala
- To Taste Pudina chutney
- To Taste Imli chutney
- To Taste Curd
- As Required Masala pakordi for garnishing
- As Required Namkeen mixture for garnishing
How to Make Stuffed Golgappa Recipe
STEP 01
Heat oil and deep fry golgappa's.
STEP 02
In a bowl add mashed potatoes, onion, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and black pepper. Mix well.
STEP 03
Now take fried and puffed golgappa. Make a hole in the centre using potato peller.
STEP 04
Stuff golgappa with potato mixture.
STEP 05
Arrange them in a bowl.
STEP 06
Pour curd on top of the golgappa.
STEP 07
Now sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, black pepper over the golgappa.
STEP 08
Garnish with onions.
STEP 09
Take two bowls add pudina chutney in one and imli chutney in another. Mix both the chutneys with little water and pour over the golgappa.
STEP 10
Now again garnish with namkeen mixture and masala pakordi and coriander leaves.
STEP 11
Serve.
