Ingredients for STRAWBERRY KALAKAND Recipe

  • 0.13 Cup Strawberry compote
  • 1/4 Cup Cottage cheese paneer
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 0.06 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pistachio

Directions: Strawberry Kalakand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Blend the paneer in the blender to make smooth .
  • STEP 2.Heat strawberry compote in a pan and stir continuously till thick and strain it.
  • STEP 3.Heat the paneer in the pan .
  • STEP 4.Add sugar and mix well.
  • STEP 5.,Continuous stirring until the moisture would begin to dry up now add the strawberry compote and mix well,remove the pan from heat and pour the mixture into grease plate.
  • STEP 6.Once cooled cut into diamond shape.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with pistachio.
