This is a no bake cheese cake
You can use fresh strawberry puree
In off season use strawberry crush or preserved strawberry .
An easy to make ressert .
STEP 1.Crush the biscuits in a zip lock bag with a rolling pin.
STEP 2.Add melted butter and mix.
STEP 3.Set this in a spring form tin.Spread evenly by pressing.Set in fridge. ( If you dont have a spring form tin ,use normal pudding bowl or cake tin and line it with cling film in such a way that you can pull it when set)
STEP 4.In a blender put the paneer,condensed milk and nlend nicely
STEP 5..Add fresh cream and gelatine and give a whip using the reverse button of mixie .
STEP 6.Pour this on the set biscuit slowly .Tap the vessel and set in fridge..
STEP 7.Pour strawberry puree in a pan put the soaked gelatine and sugar and heat till well blended.Cool to room temperature.
STEP 8.When the second layer is set pour this on top of it.
STEP 9.Keep in fridge and set .
STEP 10.Note ..cream cheese can be used instead of Paneer.
STEP 11.China grass also can replace gelatine
