Ingredients for Spinach Scrambled Egg Curry Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Egg scrambled
  • 3/4 Cups Palak (Spinach Leaves)
  • 1/4 Pieces medium Onion(finely chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Fresh garlic paste
  • 1/2 Pieces green chillies..chopped
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder (
  • to taste Salt
  • 2.25 A Few Kasuri methi - few
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh cream (malai)
  • 0.13 Tsp as per taste Black pepper powder
  • as required Oil

Directions: Spinach Scrambled Egg Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. First whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and black pepper.
  • STEP 2.2. Heat oil in a pan and put this egg mixture on it. Stir and keep the eggs moving with the help of spatula until it gets scrambled.
  • STEP 3.3. Take out in a bowl and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.4. In the same pan heat oil. Add chopped onion and garlic.
  • STEP 5.5. Wash the Spinach and blanch a little, and then blend it with green chillies to make puree. Keep it aside.
  • STEP 6.6. After the onion becomes succulent, add cumin powder and chilli powder. Mix well, add salt and saute until oil separates.
  • STEP 7.7. Add the spinach puree and cook for few more minutes.
  • STEP 8.8. Then add the scrambled eggs and mix properly.
  • STEP 9.9. Simmer a little until you get the right consistency of the curry.
  • STEP 10.10. Add crushed kasuri methi. Stir well.
  • STEP 11.11. Garnish with fresh cream. Enjoy!!
