Ingredients for Soyabean rice Recipe

  • 0.40 Cup rice
  • 1/5 Cup soyabean(soaked in water for half hour)
  • 0.40 Pieces onion sliced
  • 1/5 Pieces tomato chopped
  • 1/5 Tsp garlic paste
  • 1/5 Tsp ginger paste
  • 0.80 Pieces green chillies
  • As Required Oil
  • To Taste Salt
  • A Handful Coriander leaves for garnish

Directions: Soyabean Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the rice for 15 minutes.Heat the oil in wok.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger, garlic and chillies paste.Saute till golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add sliced onions and saute for 1minute.
  • STEP 4.Remove the excess water from soyabean and put it in the wok and saute for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Then add the chopped tomatoes and salt to taste.
  • STEP 6.Add soaked rice,coriander leaves and 4 cups of water. Stir it and cover the lid.
  • STEP 7.When the rice starts boiling medium the flame and cook till the rice is done.
  • STEP 8.Transfer into serving dish with raita and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Serve hot.
