Ingredients for Sooji panjeeri Recipe

  • 0.67 Cups sooji
  • 0.33 Cup boora sugar
  • As Required Dry fruits of your choice
  • 0.33 Tablespoon desi ghee

Directions: Sooji Panjeeri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Melt ghee in pan Then add sooji to it and roast for a couple of minutes until it starts to turn golden in colour.. Keep it aside and allow it to cool.
  • STEP 2.Then add the boora shakker to it and mix well..
  • STEP 3.Then add nuts as required..
  • STEP 4.Mix it properly and you can store it in an airtight container for a month..
