STEP 1.Heat 2 tbs oil in a nonstick pan add garlic ginger and chili paste mix and cook till the oil separate and mixture thikena .add salt, sugar,vinegar, pepper powder, tomato ketchup mix and bring to a boil. Heat remaining oil in nonstick deep pan,add onion, chicken pieces adjust salt according to taste and cook till chicken is done. Add schezwan sauce, soya sauce and add stock, mix well, add cornflour mixand cookfor 2-3minutes.
STEP 2.Garnish with spring onion and serve 😋 😍
