Ingredients for Sabudana kheer Recipe

  • 1/5 g lass milk
  • 0.40 tbsp sabudana / sago
  • 0.40 tsp Sugar
  • 1/5 tsp milk masala (cashew
  • As Required Almond
  • As Required pistachio n cardamom powder)

Directions: Sabudana Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak sabudana for 3-4 hrs. Then Boil the milk adding sabudana, sugar,milk masala. Stir it continuesly so that it do not stick to the bottom.
  • STEP 2.Now as it gets thicker add kesar stands and keep on stirring. You will find that the color gets changed and thickness is also good.
  • STEP 3.Now put off the gas and let it cool down. You can put in a fridge if want to serve it chilled. Here I have served in a room temperature.
