STEP 1.Heat 2 cups of water in a pan, add rice powder, 50 gm flour and little salt and mix it well to make knead.
STEP 2.Knead this well and make round dough
STEP 3.I cut big lechi from dough and rolled big bread. I cut 5 small loaves from the big loaves with a round mould
STEP 4.I roll the first bread and spread the top
STEP 5.In this way, I wrapped the remaining 4 breads on the first roll one by one and spread the top part.
STEP 6.As the number of bread increases, the rose flower will look bigger.
STEP 7.I made the rest of the pita like this.
I fried pitha with refined oil in a pan
STEP 8.I boiled 3 cups of water and made syrup with jaggery cardamom seeds and rose water.
STEP 9.When the sira cooled a little, I soaked it with pita.
STEP 10.When the juice seeps into the pitha, I serve it with the juice.
