Ingredients for Roohafza Shahi Tukda Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Slices bread (option cut sides)
  • 25 grams grated Paneer -finely grated
  • 1 Tbsp Rooh afza
  • 0.13 tsp Cardamom powder as per choice (green cardomom)
  • 0.13 cup chopped mixed nuts/almonds
  • 1/2 cup A cup of thick creamy milk
  • As Required oil to deep fry bread

Directions: Roohafza Shahi Tukda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut each slice into triangles keep aside
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan , fry the bread triangles till crisp and Golden brown
  • STEP 3.For the Topping:
  • STEP 4.Mix the grated paneer ,elaichi powder and 4tspn Rooh Afza
  • STEP 5.Place the triangles in a tray
  • STEP 6.Spread some Rooh Afza syrup over each bread slice
  • STEP 7.Now mix thick creamy milk add Roof Afza
  • STEP 8.Place the ready shahi tukdas over this thick syrup prepared..Spread nuts over it ..It tastes Yummy When Serve Cold..
