Ingredients for Rava dosa Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Rava
  • 0.13 Cup Maida
  • 0.13 Cup Rice flour
  • As Required Salt
  • 1 Tbsps Onion
  • Sprig Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp reen chillies
  • 1/2 Tsp Jeera
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves
  • 0.13 Cup Carrot
  • 0.13 Cup Curd

Directions: Rava Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, take rava, maida, rice flour. Add salt and mix well. Add curd and water and make a batter. Leave it for 20mins.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil, temper with mustard, urad dal,red chilly, onion,grated carrot,chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves. Add it to the batter.
  • STEP 3.After 20mins batter gets thicken. Add little water it it gets thickened and make it to a watery batter.
  • STEP 4.Heat dosa tawa. Spread unevenly. Apply oil to the sides. Cook till it get crispy.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with Coconut chutney and sambar.
