Ingredients for Rasmalai Recipe

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 g Paneer
  • 1/4 tsp ½ tsp
  • 1.75 Pieces Pistachios
  • 1.25 Cups liter water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Directions: Rasmalai Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mash paneer with hand for at least 6 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Alongside take a pan add sugar and water together and bring to boil to make syrup for cooking rasmalai.
  • STEP 3.Make small balls of paneer dough and flatten, add into boiling sugar syrup, cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  • STEP 4.Remove and keep aside to cool.
  • STEP 5.In another pan pour in the milk and Milkmaid bring to boil and reduce to half. Turn of the flame,
  • STEP 6.Add saffron and cardamom powder and mix well. Allow to cool.
  • STEP 7.Take out the Rasgullas from sugar syrup squeeze gently to remove the sugar syrup and put them into saffron ras,
