How to Make Potato Halwa Recipe

STEP 01

Peel and grate boiled potatoes. Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated potato and saute.

STEP 02

Now add milk and Sugar powder and soaked saffron string with warm milk. Stir Continuosly till ghee release.

STEP 03

Lastly add cardamom powder and chopped pistachio. Mix it well. Turn off flame. Delicious Potato Halwa is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped pistachio saffron string and cherry.
