Poha ladoo Recipe

Recipe By Deepa Rupani

Word ‘Sweet’ has become synonym to Ladoos, Pedas, Barfis etc. Alongwith all these traditional sweets, there are many items under this list and still all the ‘Sweet Teeth’ always want something new. As a responsible wife, mother and woman, my try is to feed my family in healthier way, but with yummy twist. Here is a Ladoo the key ingredients of which are POHA(flat riceflakes) and GUD(Jaggery). Gud will satisfy the sweet taste and save us from white poison, sugar. Loads of dry fruits fulfill vitamins and proteins supplement. As we all know Gud is good source of iron, ghee is also used in moderate quantity.
