Ingredients for Peshawari Dhaba Kadhai Chicken Recipe

  • 1/4 kg Chicken
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 Pieces Green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces Chopped onions
  • 1/4 Pieces Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Whole coriander
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Finely chopped ginger
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Peshawari Dhaba Kadhai Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken till it becomes golden.

  • STEP 2.Now in the same pan add chopped onion and fry till it becomes little pink.

  • STEP 3.Add ginger, garlic, salt, red chili powder and garam masala powder and fry well.

  • STEP 4.Now add curd and fry well till it starts leaving oil.

  • STEP 5.When the water dries up, add fried chicken, chopped tomatoes, crushed black pepper and whole coriander and cook till the oil starts frying on top.

  • STEP 6.Lastly add lemon juice, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.

  • STEP 7.Serve garnished with coriander leaves, green chillies and chopped ginger.
