Ingredients for Peshawari Dhaba Kadhai Chicken Recipe
1/4 kg Chicken
0.13 cup Curd
1/2 Pieces Tomatoes
1 Pieces Green chilies chopped
1/2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 Pieces Chopped onions
1/4 Pieces Lemon
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
1/4 tsp Red chili powder
1/4 tbsp Ginger paste
1/4 tbsp Garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon Whole coriander
0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Finely chopped ginger
to taste Salt
Directions: Peshawari Dhaba Kadhai Chicken Recipe
STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken till it becomes golden.
STEP 2.Now in the same pan add chopped onion and fry till it becomes little pink.
STEP 3.Add ginger, garlic, salt, red chili powder and garam masala powder and fry well.
STEP 4.Now add curd and fry well till it starts leaving oil.
STEP 5.When the water dries up, add fried chicken, chopped tomatoes, crushed black pepper and whole coriander and cook till the oil starts frying on top.
STEP 6.Lastly add lemon juice, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
STEP 7.Serve garnished with coriander leaves, green chillies and chopped ginger.
