#Tomato A world-famous fast food dish or perhaps the king of the street food from the western state of maharashtra. the recipe is an amalgamation of vegetables spiced with a unique blend of spices known as pav bhaji masala and served with soft bread roll aka pav.

Ingredients for Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.06 cup Peas
  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 0.31 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli pPowder
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.38 tsp Pavbhaji masala
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 3/4 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 3/4 drop Red food colour
  • As Required water
  • 2 Pieces Pav
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 0.13 tsp Pavbhaji masala
  • 0.13 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp butter and add vegetables. cook and mash well.
  • STEP 2.now add 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
  • STEP 3.heat a tbsp of butter and add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi.
  • STEP 4.also add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 onion and ½ lemon juice. saute well.
  • STEP 5.now add 3 drops of red food colour and mix well.
  • STEP 6.boil and mash for 5 minutes adjusting consistency.
  • STEP 7.finally, pav bhaji is ready to serve
