Ingredients for Pani puri Recipe
- 1.33 cups water
- 0.08 cup Mint leaves
- 0.67 g reen chili
- 0.33 g Ginger
- 0.17 tsp amchoor powder
- 0.17 tsp Chaat masala
- 0.08 tsp Cumin powder
- a pinch Black salt: a pinch
- 0.33 g Boondi: for garnishing
- 0.33 g For the filling
- 0.33 g Boiled potato
- 0.08 gram boiled black gram
- 0.33 tsp Coriander leaves

How to Make Pani Puri Recipe
STEP 01
Grind mint leaves, green chili and ginger in a blender till smooth.
STEP 02
Mix this paste with rest of the ingredients, except boondi.
STEP 03
Allow it to rest for 2-3 hours before serving.
STEP 04
Garnish with boondi just before serving.
STEP 05
For the filling:
STEP 06
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and slightly mash with your fingertips.
STEP 07
Make a small hole on top of the puri.
STEP 08
Put a little filling inside the puri.
STEP 09
Fill the puri with the pani just have made.
STEP 10
Eat it in one go.
