  • 100 pieces grms paneer
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Daniya Powder
  • 1/2 g catch garam masala
  • 1/2 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • A Few Paratas

Directions: Paneer Tikka Veg Frankie Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl pour curd , ginger garlic paste,add salt
  • STEP 2.Add chilli powder,garam masala, turmeric add rest of all spices
  • STEP 3.Mix well add paneer pieces mix well close lid marinate 30mins
  • STEP 4.Then heat apan add oil put marinated paneer pieces fry well
  • STEP 5.Take parata apply sause stuff veggies sprinkle salt,chilli flakes
  • STEP 6.Stuff paneer tikka roll it grill it on both side then cut by half serve with sause or chutney ready to eat
