Namkin kaju is a very tasty and crunchy snack. Every festival like Diwali, ganesh chaturthi Durga Dasami etc. these are very popular in indian sweet and snack shops in india. also called “karare kaju” or “masaledar kaju”
STEP 1.In a large bowl, mix the flour with a little salt, black cumin, baking soda and white oil and mix well, then add little water to make a dough.
STEP 2.Once the dough is ready, a little white oil should be applied to the dough well, then it should be covered and left for 15 minutes.
STEP 3.After 15 minutes knead the dough again and cut two lechis from the dough and spread the dry flour and make a thin bread.
STEP 4.Heat enough white oil in a pan and add the chopped cashews one by one and fry them alternately until golden brown.
STEP 5.When the cashew nuts are fried, take them out of the oil, sprinkle a little chatamsala, lock powder and bitonon on top and serve with any kind of tea or coffee.
