STEP 2.Beat nicely.To this add the maida ,rice flour and mix.Add enough water to make a thick batter.
STEP 3.To this add chopped ginger,green chilly,onion,curry leaves and salt and beat nicely with hand to make a smooth batter
STEP 4.Add baking soda and mix again .
STEP 5.Heat oil .With hand drop a small lemon size ball into the hot oil and cook till golden brown on medium flame .
STEP 6.Serve with tomato sauce ir coconut chutney.
