Ingredients for Mysore bonda Recipe

  • 0.19 cup maida
  • 0.06 cup Rice flour
  • 0.13 cup Onion chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Green chilly chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • Sprig Curry leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 0.06 cup Water to mix
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • 0.06 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 Cups Oil to fry

Directions: Mysore Bonda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take curd in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Beat nicely.To this add the maida ,rice flour and mix.Add enough water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 3.To this add chopped ginger,green chilly,onion,curry leaves and salt and beat nicely with hand to make a smooth batter
  • STEP 4.Add baking soda and mix again .
  • STEP 5.Heat oil .With hand drop a small lemon size ball into the hot oil and cook till golden brown on medium flame .
  • STEP 6.Serve with tomato sauce ir coconut chutney.
