Ingredients for Mysore bonda Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups maida
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.13 Cups Curd
  • 1/4 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 0.13 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Rice flour

Directions: Mysore Bonda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a big mixing bowl.. add in all the ingredients, add water whisk it well. without lumps, batter should be in thick semi-liquid form.. keep it for 20 minutes to rest.
  • STEP 2.Now drop in a little amount of batter at a time with the help of a spoon/hand, in medium hot oil, fry until it's crispy.take out on the tissue ito avoid extra oil, enjoy with chutney and your evening cup of tea.
