Ingredients for Mutter kaju curry Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/4 Cups kaju
  • 1/4 Cups Boiled peas
  • 1 Tbsp Tb butter
  • 3/4 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/2 Pieces Bayleaf
  • 1/2 Pieces Red chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp sp kasuri methi
  • 0.13 Tsp Sp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp tb sp cream
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 g sp garam masala
  • 1/2 Tsp sp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 As Required sp chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Mutter Kaju Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Keep tomatoes direct on the flame until to become soft.then cool down and peel skin . tomatoes and cream mix in grinder and make a smooth gravy.
  • STEP 2.Now take kadhai and heat butter when. add cuminseeds,bay leaf,red chilli, cloves.
  • STEP 3.add gravy,garam masala,kasuri methi.then cook well।
  • STEP 4.When gravy cooked then add boiled green peas,fried kaju.
  • STEP 5.last add fresh cream chopped coriander and lemon juice then serve with paratha.
