Ingredients for Mixed Dryfruits Chikki Recipe

  • 0.17 Cup sugar
  • 0.17 Cup roasted n sliced mixed Dryfruits
  • 1.33 Pieces pista
  • 1.33 Pieces kaju
  • 1.33 Pieces raisins )
  • 0.33 Tsp coconut powder
  • 0.33 Tsp sesame seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp khuskhus
  • 0.17 Tsp ghee

Directions: Mixed Dryfruits Chikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  • STEP 2.2. Now add sugar n let it melt on low flame by stirring continuously.
  • STEP 3.3. When it is fully melted add all the ingredients and mix very quickly and bring down the pan from the flame.
  • STEP 4.4. Now put this mixture on a greased thali upside down and roll it like a roti and let it cool.
  • STEP 5.5. Now make small pieces of it and store in an air tight container.
