Ingredients for Framhouse Mini Pizza Recipe

  • As required For dough
  • 0.06 Cups Flour (atta)
  • 0.06 Tsp active instant dry yeast
  • 0.06 Cups Warm water
  • 0.13 Tsp sugar (chini)
  • 0.13 Tbsp Olive oil
  • As required For Pizza
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 1/25 Cups Vegetables for toppings (onion, capsicum, sweet corn, and tomatoes)
  • 0.03 Cup grated mozzarella chesse
  • 0.13 Tsp Olive oil
  • As required Seasoning and chilli flakes

Method

  • STEP 1.Dissolve sugar in warm water in a bowl. Now mix the dry yeast in the same water. Keep the mixture aside for 3 to 5 minutes to rest.
  • STEP 2.Add salt and olive oil to the flour in another bowl and mix it well. Now add your yeast mix, which has become frothy.
  • STEP 3.Knead the dough for up to five minutes to make it soft and supple. You can also use an automatic kneading machine to save energy and time.
  • STEP 4.Grease a bowl with the help of a brush and olive oil. Place the dough into that bowl and wrap it with a muslin cloth. Please leave it to rest for at least 1 or 2 hours.
  • STEP 5.Check your dough; if it has doubled in size, that means your dough is ready to make pizzas.
  • STEP 6.Please remove it from the bowl and punch for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Now divide the dough into portions based on the size of your mini pizza. Make small but smooth balls. Flatten a ball on a dusted platform till it is ½ inch thick. Use a fork to make marks on the pizza base to prevent it from fluffing during baking. Create boundaries of the pizza base with your fingers.
  • STEP 8.Spread a few drops of olive oil for smoothness on the surface. Then, spread the pizza sauce evenly. Cover the base with a fine layer of grated mozzarella cheese. Load it with veggie toppings and add another layer of cheese.
  • STEP 9.Preheat the oven and bake your pizza at 180 degrees. It can take approximately twenty minutes to cook your pizza.

Serving Tips

  • STEP 1.Put butter paper in the lunch box and place the pizza on top.
  • STEP 2.Make sure you sprinkle seasoning and chilli flakes to enhance the taste. You can also add packets of seasoning for your kids. Don't forget to put some ketchup pouches along with the farmhouse mini pizza to complete its taste.
  • STEP 3.You can serve them hot on weekends or special days like birthday parties, get together, etc.
