How to Make Mini Pancakes Recipe

Method

STEP 01

Mix sugar and all-purpose flour in a bowl.

STEP 02

Whisk egg and butter together in a jar. Do not over whisk these ingredients. A delicate blend should work well to get the right texture.

STEP 03

Now pour the egg and butter mixture into the flour bowl and stir. (You can skip eggs if you want to make eggless pancakes and add curd or milk to replace eggs.)

STEP 04

Leave this mix to rest for at least 20 minutes.

STEP 05

Heat a good-quality nonstick pan at low to medium temperature.

STEP 06

Grease the pan with melted butter before pouring the batter.

STEP 07

Pour only four tablespoons of the mix at a time. Do not press the batter to spread on the pan base. Shake the pan gently to help the mixture spread on its own.

STEP 08

Let it cook for a minute, and then you can flip your pancake.

STEP 09

Cook for another minute to make it brown and crispy on both sides.

STEP 10

Follow the same procedure to finish the remaining pancake mix.
