A japanese recipe of green tea prepared from milk, green tea powder, whisk cream, ice water, yolks and sugar.

In a bowl add ice water and set aside
In another bow add milk and green tea powder
Heat the milk mixture and add1/2 cup of cream .
In another bowl whisk cream,yolks and sugar .
Add milk in the egg mixture slowly
Heat the mixture
Place the bowl in the ice water and freeze for 3hrs
Follow the direction of your ice cream machine and freeze
