STEP 1.Boil potatoes and peas and mash them with a masher.
STEP 2.Add cornflour, cumin, red chili powder and green coriander leaves, garam masala, salt to taste in the mashed potatoes.
STEP 3.Add turmeric, cumin, green chili, amchur powder, asafoetida, red chili powder, black salt to the pea paste and mix
STEP 4.Place the pea stuffing (mixture) in the center of the potatoes.
STEP 5.Shape the tikkisHeat oil on a tawa and fry the tikkis till golden brown from both the sides.
STEP 6.Hot Matar Pattis is ready. Serve with tikki chutney, ketchup, chole and tea.
