Ingredients for Masala Gravy Chaap Recipe

  • 1/5 Tsp Salt
  • 1/5 Tsp Red chilli
  • 1/5 Tsp Amchoor
  • 1/5 Tsp Zeera powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/5 Pieces Onion
  • 1/5 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/5 Tsp musturd oil
  • 1/5 packet chaap

Directions: Masala Gravy Chaap Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil chaap
  • STEP 2.Keep it aside and let the chaap cold.
  • STEP 3.Then fry chaap till the golden colours come out.
  • STEP 4.Prepare Gravy.
  • STEP 5.Pour all indgedints in a pan.
  • STEP 6.Put some oil in the pan
  • STEP 7.Add zeera powder,Tomatoes and Onion and all Masalas.
  • STEP 8.Add some water.
  • STEP 9.Add chaap then..
  • STEP 10.Stir it for 5 minutes and keep the flame on low and cover it with lid for next 2 minutes.
  • STEP 11.Now Masala Gravy chaap is ready to serve
