Ingredients for Masala bhindi Recipe

  • 0.13 kg lady’s finger(chopped)
  • as required string curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp mustard urad dal mix
  • as required Dry red chilli
  • as required Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil

Directions: Masala Bhindi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. Sprinkle in mustard seeds and urad dal mix when the seed sizzle and pop. quickly add dry red chili and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Cook stirring, until very fragrant, about 1 minute, Then add the lady’s finger increase the heat to medium and Cook stirring continuously until the lady’s finger looks very well fry, 6 to 10 minutes more.
  • STEP 3.Once the lady’s finger is cooked transfer the plate served with rice or chappathi.
